Promotional Video:

We want you to create a promotional video where you introduce yourself and explain the concept of the party and the contest to the community. This video will be posted as a reel on the Bachata Stars Instagram page to generate excitement and engagement. You will send us the video, and we will upload it for you.

Video to Contestants:

We would like you to create a video where you address the contestants directly. Please share tips on how they can prepare for the contest and what they can do to achieve better results. Explain what you will be looking for during the contest. This video will help guide and motivate the participants as they prepare for Bachata Stars 2024. This video will be shared exclusively with participants through their contestant dashboard, ensuring that only registered contestants can view it. You will send us the video, and we will upload it for you.

Categorizing:

Upon confirming your participation as a judge, you will receive instructions to create an account on the Bachata Stars website. Through this account, you will gain access to the videos that contestants have submitted with their registration forms. Your responsibility will be to categorize contestants into two levels: beginner/improver and intermediate/advanced based on the submitted videos.

Please note that other judges may categorize contestants before you. If you disagree with a categorization, you can raise a claim for discussion to ensure fair and consistent categorization across the competition.

As a judge, you will evaluate both parts of the competition.

Awarding Winners:

In each level, there will be three winners. However, only the couple ranked 1st in the Intermediate/Advanced Category will be awarded the title of Bachatero and Bachatera of the Year.
