Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

Thank you for considering sponsorship of the Bachata Stars event. Below are the terms and conditions to help you understand the benefits and obligations associated with becoming a sponsor. Please review these carefully before making your decision.

1. Agreement Overview:

By agreeing to sponsor Bachata Stars, you will enter into a Sponsorship Agreement with the event organizer.
This agreement outlines the benefits you will receive as a sponsor and your obligations to the event.

2. Sponsorship Benefits:

Depending on the sponsorship level you choose (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze), you will receive a range of benefits such as event branding, social media promotion, and on-site presence.
Detailed benefits for each sponsorship level will be provided in the sponsorship package.

3. Payment Terms:

Upon completion of the Sponsor Interest Form, you will receive a link to make the payment.
Payment must be made in full by the date specified in the invoice.
Failure to make payment by the specified date may result in the loss of sponsorship benefits.

4. Non-Cancellation Policy:

Once the Sponsor Interest Form is completed and submitted, the sponsorship commitment cannot be canceled.
The sponsorship fee is non-refundable.

5. Use of Sponsor’s Logo and Information:

By becoming a sponsor, you grant us the right to use your company’s logo, name, and promotional materials for event-related promotions.
Your information will be used solely for promoting the event and associated sponsorship activities.

6. Event Changes and Cancellation:

The event organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event schedule, venue, or format as necessary.
In case of event cancellation or rescheduling, sponsors will be notified promptly and provided with alternative options or refunds.

7. Liability:

The event organizer will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the sponsorship agreement.
Sponsors agree to indemnify and hold the event organizer harmless from any claims arising from their participation in the event.

8. Compliance with Laws:

Both parties agree to adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.

9. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the sponsorship arrangement.

10. Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term and fails to remedy the breach within 10 days of receiving notice.

11. Governing Law:

This agreement will be governed by the laws of Cyprus.

12. Entire Agreement:

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and communications regarding the sponsorship.
