Welcome to the Contestant Guidelines page! Here, you’ll find all the essential information you need to participate in the Bachata Stars competition. Please read through the guidelines carefully to ensure you are fully prepared and understand the expectations. These guidelines will help you navigate the competition process.

Submit Your Video: You will need to submit your dance video as part of your registration. You have two options for submitting your video:
Important: Please ensure that your video is accessible to the judges by setting the correct sharing permissions for your Google Drive link.
After submitting the registration form, you will receive an email containing a payment link. Use this link to proceed with the Payment Process for your participation in the competition. Payment must be completed within the specified timeframe to secure your spot in the event.
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with a QR code. This QR code is essential and must be saved for the day of the contest.
Access Time: Please note that you will have access to the Contestant Dashboard 24 hours after your registration.
If you did not submit your video during registration, you can upload it via the Contestants Dashboard.
Video Submission Deadline: Be sure to submit your video by the provided deadline. Late submissions may not be accepted.
